First of all, are you even considering each of these four factors when it comes to trying to take action? Are you aware of what’s involved? Next, manipulate these motivating factors into a quantity or order that makes the most sense for you. You’ll quickly find what helps your sense of self-discipline, a term that, like “laziness,” has several layers to it.
